Customs Notice 17-20 - Deconsolidation Notice – Paper Options for Warehouse Operators, Terminal Operators and Freight Forwarders provides information for freight forwarders, warehouse operators and terminal operators regarding the deconsolidation notice and the process by which warehouse operators may release goods from the warehouse to the freight forwarder.

Line 7 in the following table indicates deconsolidation notice code (8000).
Line 8 in the following table indicates primary Cargo Control Number (CNN) (e.g. marine carrier CCN arrived by the warehouse operator).
Line 9 and 10 in the following table indicates associated house bills linked to the primary Cargo Control Number.
